Maker of Heaven and Earth Card

I used Sweet 'n Sassy's God is Good stamp set, and I colored the image with alcohol markers. Then I cut banners with my Scrapbook.com Nested Flag Banners dies, (S) and trimmed the sides to make them slimmer. I used craft foam behind the verse banner, to help it stand out. I adhered everything to a blue textured cardstock base.

I found cloud patterned paper, but it wasn't the right color, so I also colored that with an alcohol marker. Here is a picture that includes an original colored strip of the cloud paper.
