A Perfect Autumn - Cards 11 - 15

Cards 11 - 15 from Echo Park's A Perfect Autumn 6x6" paper pad. (S/MMI)

Making this many cards out of one paper pad was a good challenge for me - to make them all a little bit different. I made my first shaker card - and loved it! I didn't think that would happen.

Card 11: To make this quick and easy card I used a Spellbinders' Curved Borders Two die; (MP) a Paper Smooches Spiritual Sampler stamp; (S) and gold flower brads.

It would have been even quicker if I hadn't smeared the ink the first go-around!

Card 12: Esther and I had so much fun making this shaker card starting with picking out glass beads and sequins to match the paper. No glitter was used in making this shaker card (I'm not a fan of glitter!) I also used circle dies, recycled acrylic, and what seemed like a ton of foam tape.

Card 13: Another quick card from dies, a WRMK punch, and distress ink. The fantastic friend stamp is from Technique Junkies.

I bought the sequin leaves to go in the shaker card. They were too big to use in it, but perfect for this card. The inside of the circle found it's home on this card too.

Card 14: Another 'letting the paper do the work' card. I pulled out my deckle edge scissors and added distress ink on the paper pieces. I die cut the Hello! (ODB) from scraps of the brown paper. I added brads to finish it off.

Card 15: I die cut the flowers with Tim Holtz Small Tattered Florals dies (S/MP) using a ton of little scraps from the other cards. The stamps are from Blessed Inside and Out set, (MMI) stamped on a die cut from Spellbinders Big Scalloped Circles.

I am quite pleased with how many cards I made from one 24 piece paper pad. I could get a few more but I have other cards and paper I want to work with. I have a beautiful paper pad from Graphic 45 that I will use for some Christmas tags and cards.

Blessings,

Julie
