A Perfect Autumn - Cards 1 - 5

If you follow me on Instagram - cozmic.creations - you know I've been busy making lots of cards with Lori Whitlock's A Perfect Autumn 6x6" paper pad. (MMI/S) I have 11 cards completed so far and several more started. Today I will showcase the first five.

My goal is to see how many cards I can get out of this one pad without using other paper for anything but my cardstock bases. I've had to dip into my stash a few times for a couple of things, but overall I have been successful.

Card 1: I used Tim Holtz Tattered Leaves Die to make this quick and easy card. (S/MP) I pulled out an old stamp from Stampin Up's Blessings from Heaven set for the sentiment.

Card 2: Another quick and easy card using the same die. The stamp is from Red Lead Paperworks stamped with red geranium Archival ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. I loved the woodgrain paper from the pad for this little sign. I "nailed" the sign with tiny bronze brads from The Paper Studio.

Card 3: The foxes are so cute! I framed them with brown cardstock and adhered them on the plaid base. I die cut the circles from Lifestyles nesting dies. The sentiment from Inky Antic's His Love Endures set is stamped with ground espresso Archival ink, colored with a Faber-Castell pen and embossed with clear powder. The pearls are from Kaisercraft.

Card 4: I adhered this bookmark with temporary adhesive so the recipient can take it off and use it.

Stamped with ground espresso Archival ink, embossed with clear powder, verse from Our Daily Bread's Scripture Bookmarks set.

Card 5: How adorable is this doodle-pop sticker from Doodlebug. (S) Scrapbook.com sent two random stickers to me free with my order. This is one of the ones I received. I thought this bug looked like he could give great hugs so I used the hugs stamp. (MMI) It wasn't until after I made the card that I found out that the name of the sticker is 'hug-bug'. I guess I'm not the only one who thought he'd be great at hugging! I used a circle die cut behind hug-bug and also used my WRMK stub punch (S) for the squares.

Which is your favorite of these five cards? Let me know in the comments below. Don't forget to follow me on Instagram (link above) for a preview of the other cards.

Blessings,

Julie
